Koi Drift is made by one small studio, and every message is read by the person who makes the game.

Reporting a bug

Tell us the pond number, what you tapped, what you expected and what happened instead, and whether you were on the web or the Android app. If you can, long-press the logo on the start screen to open the log viewer and press Copy; paste the result into your message. It contains the game version and recent events, and nothing personal.

Purchases

If the Drifter’s Pass does not show as owned after a reinstall, open the Pass page and press Restore. If that fails, write to us with the date of purchase; refunds for the Android app are handled by Google Play under its own rules.
