Terms of Use
Short version: play it, enjoy it, don’t copy it or cheat the store, and know that it comes as it is.
1. The game
Koi Drift is provided by Shrinfinity OPC Private Limited, Hyderabad, India (“we”). By playing you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.
2. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Koi Drift for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, sell, rent, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game, its code, its art, music, card names or legends, except where the law says we cannot stop you. Card pictures you have earned may be saved and shared for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Purchases
The Drifter’s Pass is a one-time purchase made through Google Play in the Android app. Google Play’s terms and refund rules apply to that purchase. The Pass unlocks the full school of koi on the device where it was bought; use “Restore” in the game after reinstalling. Coins earned in the game have no money value and cannot be bought, sold or transferred.
4. Fair play
Please do not tamper with the game, its saved data or its servers, or use any tool to gain a purchase or an advantage you have not earned. We may refuse a purchase confirmation that cannot be verified with Google Play.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep koidrift.com and the game’s servers running, but we do not promise they will always be available or free of errors, and we may change, pause or end any part of the game. Progress is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy); we cannot restore progress that has been deleted from a device.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
Koi Drift is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the game, and our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Drifter’s Pass, if anything.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
